I have AT&T Internet in USA but I can't login & watch the channels. How to fix it?

Please do the following simple steps:

Go to Internet Router App >> Services or WiFi >> Turn off the security shield. 

Or you can access the internet router via the web browser. The login details are available on the back side of the router device. Please check the label sticker.

If you are using a router device provided by AT&T, then Go to AT&T Active Armor Mobile Security App >> Security >> Please Switch Off the security (See the screenshots below):

If you are using Netgear router device, please follow the steps below:

 Download this App: Nighthawk

 

Open the App, then turn off the security located under services in the router app (See the screenshots below):


 

If you want to log in to your Internet Router via the web browser, the router web login details are available on the back side of the router device.

1- Make sure to select the Firewall >> Packet Filter >> Press on Disable tap like the screenshot below:

2- Go to Firewall Advance >> Make all options OFF (Disabled) like the screenshot below:

3- Restart your Router Device >> Restart Device like the screenshot below:

 

Important Note: If you don't know how to access the internet router App or the router web browser, please contact AT&T support team and ask them to help you.
